ORDER PROCESSING

LOVE Super9 is made fresh to order meaning we do not sell pre-made stocks in order to ensure freshness of the product. There is at least 12-15 business days of processing time involved. All of our other products usually ship the next business day. Please note during high volume sale periods there may be minor delays - we appreciate your patience during this time!

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express, which offers 2-3 day delivery within the express post network, 3-7 day for the rest, and requires a signature on delivery. Once shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number to follow your L.O.V.E’s journey home. Please note we do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We use Australia Post’s International Delivery Service to ship which will be delivered by your local EMS courier :

  • STANDARD | 10-21 Business Days from dispatch
  • EXPRESS | Unavailable at the moment


Please note that 24 week + Free 4 week packs are divided into two shipments with at least 20 days apart.

For customers in the following countries, your parcel will be fully-traceable via the Australia Post Pack & Track International Service. A signature will be required on delivery;

Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, United Kingdom, United States, UAE

All transit times are a guide only and exclude time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of We drink LOVE's control.

CUSTOMS | IMPORT TAXES

Please note that customs and import taxes may be charged by your country upon arrival. Customs and import taxes will differ depending on your location, and these charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the parcel. Also note that We drink LOVE is required to declare the full value of the international shipment, and include an invoice with each delivery. We strongly encourage you to contact your local courier or customs to ensure smooth clearance and delivery. We drink LOVE does not take responsibility for orders returned-to-sender due to non-collection or customs-related issues. In this scenario should you wish to have your order redelivered, a re-delivery fee will be applicable. Refunds will NOT be granted for orders returned due to non-collection or customs-related issues. For further information please contact your local customs office.

ORDER TRACKING

Once shipped, you will be emailed with an Australia Post Registered Post tracking number to follow your L.O.V.E's journey home. You will be able to track your item through the Australia Post website: http://auspost.com.au/track. Once your order has departed Australia the most up-to-date tracking details will be available via your country's national postal service. For delivery updates, please enter your unique tracking number into your national postal website's track & trace service. For the United States please refer to USPS (www.usps.com) and for the United Kingdom please refer to Royal Mail (www.royalmail.com).

It is the customer's responsibility to arrange collection of their parcel once dispatched. If you are not home to receive your parcel, the item will be held at a local post office for collection, and for applicable duties & taxes to be paid. We cannot guarantee your local courier will leave a calling card, so if your order has not been received within the estimated delivery time frame, please refer to your tracking link, or contact us immediately for further tracking updates. Refunds will NOT be granted for orders returned due to non-collection.

OWNERSHIP AND RISK

To ensure every single customer receives their order in the freshest and best quality, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order once your order has been placedIf you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately via email. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and We drink LOVE will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Once shipped, We drink LOVE does not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit outside of We drink LOVE's control. In the unlikely event your order is not received within the expected delivery timeframe, We drink LOVE will assist you to open a case enquiry with Australia Post. For international customers, please note that an enquiry into a missing delivery can not be opened until 21 days past the dispatch date and that opening a case does not guarantee the delivery.
